Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blue. Blue offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We agree to provide services to you on the following Terms and Conditions and Policies mentioned. These constitute a contract between us and you and must be read together with any other documents explicitly agreed to be part of this contract. Any other terms and conditions contained in any other document are excluded unless their inclusion is expressly agreed in writing by us.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Orders

To place an order with Blue Surgical Instruments please visit our website www.blueveterinary.com Here you can create an account and register all your details which will appear on your invoice. Please ensure that your company data and VAT number are correct.

When you select products to purchase on the website these will be added to your shopping cart. You can edit the number of units you wish to purchase in the cart. At this stage you can then either proceed to checkout or continue shopping for further products.

To process your order click on the ‘Checkout’ button. Billing and delivery address can be added here if not previously completed at registration.

After selecting the delivery options and reading and agreeing to our terms and conditions you will be asked to select the payment method.

A brief summary of your order will be displayed prior to finalising the order so that you can check that the products, quantities and prices are correct.

You will receive one email confirming your order and one confirming your payment. Your order will be processed upon payment confirmation.

Prices

Prices shown are in Euros (Sterling in UK) and are ex VAT. Shipping costs are payable except for orders which exceed 350€ (£200 in UK) where shipment is free Shipping costs may vary depending on the item and this will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Blue Surgical Instruments reserve the right to modify the prices of their products at any time without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Availability

In the event that a product is out of stock Blue Surgical Instruments will contact you and cancel the order relating to the product or arrange to advise you when the product will be available.

Returns

To make a return please contact Blue Surgical Instruments via website, email or telephone giving your reasons for dissatisfaction and return the item within 15 days of purchase.

Returned items must be received in the same condition as they were at time of despatch.

Warranty

Blue Surgical Instruments products are covered by a life time warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any lack of conformity. The purchase invoice is always required without which these conditions cannot necessarily be met.

The warranty excludes items which have been damaged by attempted repair by a third party.

The warranty may not apply or only be partially applied in cases where damage has been caused through improper use.

Whenever repair or replacement of the product is not possible the amount paid for the product will be refunded or an alternative agreed solution met.

Products or Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We may correct any typographical or other errors or omissions in any brochure, promotional literature, quotation or other document relating to the provision of the products without any liability to you.
